Cancellation Policy

1.2 If the order has already entered the production, assembly, or shipping stage, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, please refer to our Return or Refund Policy.
2. Refund for Canceled Orders
2.1 If cancellation is confirmed before processing or dispatch, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.
2.2 Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
3. Non-Eligible Orders
3.1 Orders involving custom-built panels, configured automation systems, or final sale items are not eligible for cancellation after placement.
3.2 Cancellation requests beyond the 24-hour window are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
